We specialize in extracting useful knowledge out of a sea of data. Our goal is to provide our customers with a comprehensive view of their system in a language they can understand. We also provide educational and instructional support on a wide range of big data topics and analytical systems. Services can be booked per project or on an hourly bases depending on the individual needs of the client.
BIOINFORMATICS

We specialize in analyzing and interpreting all types of genomic and proteomic systems, from next-generation sequencing projects to protein and gene array platforms. Bioinformatics services can be applied to the client’s own data or used to mine the vast amount of biomedical data in the public sphere.
DATA ANALYTICS

We provide statistical and analytical services for a wide range of informational needs. Our company has experience analyzing and interpreting production data, as well as providing guidance on meeting FDA specifications or summarizing the results on a large-scale survey study.
HOURLY INSTRUCTION

We offer personal instruction on a variety of data analytics and bioinformatics platforms, including JMP Pro (SAS), Partek Genomics Suite (Partek Inc.), Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (Qiagen) and BaseSpace Suite (Illumina). We also provide basic lectures and demonstrations on a variety of science and math topics upon request. (click here for examples)
