We offer both training on and implementation of data analytic solutions for a wide range of information dynamics. We specialize in biological data, but we also analyze and model just about any system with associated information.



RNA/protein expression (RNAseq and array), methylation and variant detection on a wide range of platforms (Illumina, Affymetrix, NanoString,  SomaLogic, etc...) using top-of-the-line analytics tools (JMP, Partek GS, BaseSpace Suite and IPA).
